Alan is the driving force of Vector, continually pushing the organisation and its people forward. Alan specialises in bottom line improvements to corporate results across many industries including highly competitive and heavily regulated environments. He has an extensive background in organisational diagnostics, alignment, leadership and change management. He is a national culture expert, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and has worked on major organisational projects for global blue-chip companies across the globe for over 25 years.

Peter Stroud
Director of Infrastructure Services

Peter Stroud

Peter started his career in International banking, with the French Bank Credit Lyonnais, from where he gained his strong financial and process awareness. At the start of 1992 he set up a City focused IT company - Panacea Services Ltd. This business flourished from inception and by 1997 was listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, rising to number 9 in 1998. In 2005 Peter organized to buy-out his business partner and owned 100% of the Company. In 2008 Peter successfully set up operations in Dubai Internet City.

The business flourished and when finally sold to a competitor in February 2009 employed in excess of 120 staff with annual revenues of £25m. After the sale of the business Peter has joined Vector Consultants to strengthen the Vector consultancy offering, especially in the fields of alignment of infrastructure, IT optimisation and process improvement.

Claudia Bloom
Consulting Director, Change Management

Claudia Bloom

Human performance improvement consultant with over 30 years experience implementing improved business performance through harnessing human potential. Former corporate banker with significant international experience in planning and executing organization transformation programmes in the financial services, telecommunications, semi-conductor manufacturing and public sectors. A specialist in state-of-the-art learning she also performs evaluations and provides recommendations to senior management teams on the effectiveness of organizational change and professional development initiatives.

Gene Drumm
Consulting Director, Change Management

Gene Drumm

Gene has held a variety of leadership positions, including Senior Director of Organization Change Management with Fujitsu America; Organizational Development Director with Microsoft; and Senior Director of Vector Europe Business Consultants.

He has been involved in a number of large-scale change projects including M&A integration, total quality management, concurrent product development, and reengineering efforts, as well as leadership and culture change initiatives. He headed up a significant portion of the data collection and interpretation effort and report preparation for the cultural due diligence aspect of the HP/Compaq combination - arguably the most successful integration of that size in the industry. In addition, Gene is a skilled coach and mentor.

Gene is often an invited speaker on such topics as leadership, performance management, and organizational change at national and international events as well as local and regional conferences. He has twice received the President's Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement, in recognition of his contributions to the field.

Lynne has worked with Vector for over 12 years in a variety of organisational change and leadership programmes within a diverse range of organisations worldwide. She brings a wealth of experience of successfully operating at all levels of organisations from the Board to some of the most junior members and establishes instant rapport with all.

Cristina Mihai

Cristina is a business development executive with relevant international expertise in organisational development consulting programmes both in the business environment and the public sector. During the last ten years she has delivered 50+ consulting assignments in 29 organisations from Insurance & Banking, IT&C services and distribution, Pharmaceutical distribution, Events consulting, Government, public and private Health Care services and energy sectors in 4 countries.

Lexi Staveley-Hill
Manager, Middle East Operations

Lexi Staveley-Hill

Lexi is responsible for the Middle East region along with a team of Vector consultants. As well as actively prospecting new business she also runs the CIPS office in Dubai and providing a range of member services as well as recruiting new CIPS members.

Lexi spent a number of years working at Computacenter, Europe's largest IT reseller, before relocating to the Middle East. She has brings a wealth of experience of the region as well as capabilities from her background in procurement, IT, Recruitment and Foreign Exchange.

Hannah Swanston
Marketing & Business Development Director

Hannah Swanston

Through over ten years experience in the design, marketing and sales industry, Hannah has a thorough understanding of perception in the marketplace and communicating with the chosen audience. As well as working for leading branding and advertising agencies, Hannah has worked on major global ad campaigns to include Carlsberg and Lucozade, to include offline and online marketing activity, as well as developing major accounts with key clientele.

Roger Flynn

Roger Flynn

Roger Flynn has over 20 years of business experience working at CEO/MD level in a range of Global PLC’s and Private Equity backed businesses. He has run businesses with turnovers between £400m and £2bn, with millions of customers and thousands of staff and led them through some very challenging transformational changes.

Roger has held Executive positions at Virgin, British Airways Plc, Prudential Plc, the BBC and SDI Media Group, a global private equity backed business. He is known for being highly customer oriented and an accelerator of business performance through smart strategies and people-led change.

Shirley Cooper
Procurement & Supply Chain Director, Computacenter (UK) Ltd

Shirley Cooper

Shirley is the Procurement and Supply Chain Director for Computacenter, a £2bn services and solutions company with 8000 employees across Europe, which she joined in 1999 as Procurement and Returns Director. Shirley also chairs the Quality Review Board in recognition of her achievements in cultural and behavioural change.

Shirley holds an MBA and is a qualified accountant. She made the transition into procurement after holding a number of senior financial positions at organisations including Yorkshire Water, Leeds Teaching Hospitals, Allied Domecq and Rowntree Mackintosh.

Shirley became the President of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) on 1st November for 2009-10. Shirley is a fellow of the Institute and is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
